Logging in to Prayer Team

Any members of the Prayer Team would go to:

http://rsmat.squarespace.com/login and then log in with their user account, for example "prayerteam1". Upon logging in, they are automatically redirected to the page (in this case, a Journal) which they have access to edit. Right on the top, they see "post an entry" which will let them add a new post. They can also see the little pop-up bars for all existing entries, if they want to remove, edit, or change other options.

Email post from prayer team

This is the first "post-by-email" from the prayer team. The email address is not restricted, but you create a "secret word" as part of the email address. In this case it is post.rsmat + secret word = prayerteam. You could make itmore of a "password" or PIN like post.rsmat.123456@squarespace.com to ensure security. You can also set the posts to be draft by default, rather than published directly. That way the "prayerteam1" member still has to log inand publish the post.
